Whipped Cream Pie Topping

Stabilized Whipped Cream Pie Topping (for 2 pies) 2 Cups Heavy Cream 2 teaspoons Vanilla 2 teaspoons Corn Syrup 1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar 1 pinch Salt Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl. With whisk attachment, whisk on low for a few minutes, then to medium/ medium high whipping until thick & stiff. Do not over beat, it will break down & separate (you will have homemade sweet butter though šŸ˜ )

First time visiting this morning. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The largest selection of beautiful delicious baked goods I have truly ever seen! AND anything you could want for breakfast- sweet or savory! I am so glad I had the chance to meet everyone that works so hard there and to try some amazing food! I definitely hope I have the opportunity to visit again! PS go HUNGRY ! No small portions and no high prices! Thank you!!
