Thursday Lunch Features

15 years ago I started my own local sourdough starter with wild grapes from the area. I had hopes of making sourdough bread. Unfortunately when I moved to the cafe and bakery, I didn’t have the refrigerator space or timing needed to make sourdough bread the “real”way. So anyway…… when you order breakfast or lunch you get to hear the list of HOMEMADE breads we have,
“WHITE
WHEAT 
CINNAMON WALNUT RAISIN
or
RYE”
Many times even after hearing the choices we still get the question
“Do you have sourdough?”  
UGH!
So as a joke I got some of these shirts made – 🙂
