This past weekend Mamie’s Cafe and Bakery won the 
2017 Downtown Bedford Feel the Heat Chili-off, 
with Val’s sweet n’ spicy chili!! 🌶

Thanks Tyler Prough and Brooke Leppert for distributing and entertaining 300 people with the chili!  
Special thanks to Gloria for giving Mom the recipe 27 years ago! We have only changed it very little from the originally recipe! I know she is dancing in heaven right now!
